About the house: Pretty cold, never turned on heat pump though. Kitchen is small af which is a pain if people don't do their dishes
Landlord/Property Manager: He's a real GC. Don't get his number, just an email. but will respond pretty much 24/7 - don't be put off by his enthusiasm and ecclectic manner, super good dude

About the house: It's really cheap and close to campus, but it can be noisy since it's so close to Hyde street
