About the house: The flat is wonderful warm and dry upstairs, it is insulated and the windows are double glazed in the bedrooms, dining room and lounge. The downstairs room got pretty damp in the winter but the landlord is planing to install insulation and double glazing over the summer. The back yard is fantastic if you are into gardening, there are plenty of garden beds and berry bushes.
Landlord/Property Manager: He has been pretty bad with getting the legal documents sorted. However, he gets on to problems as soon as he is notified. He did at one point ask to have an entire lock changed after a key was lost but we managed to convince him that e was being unreasonable and in the end allowed us to simply get more keys cut.
Best Thing: Its sunny, warm and dry.
Worst Thing: The landlord has progressively gotten wors to deal with through out the year.
About the house: 2 heatpumps, double glazing, modern kitchen and appliances, very warm and sunny
Landlord/Property Manager: responds very quickly by text or call, very understanding and quick to pop over and fix any problems
Best Thing: warmth (double glazing and heat pump)
Worst Thing: spiral staircase to go to the basement laundry
