About the house: This is for 10A - The upstairs flat with 5 people. Excellent location - especially for Med and Dent students. Very close to town but without the predicament of noise. It's a bit small (but nothing unreasonable) which allows it to be easily heated.
Landlord/Property Manager: Reasonable and easy-going. He's very easy to talk to. Quick to respond to any issues.
Best Thing: Location - Can leave 5 minutes before my lecture starts
Worst Thing: Sunlight (for my room - other rooms are ok)
About the house: Spacious room, good location and generally quite quiet
Landlord/Property Manager: Great landlord, really easygoing.
