About the house: Nice flat in a good nabourhood. Warm and pretty dry (Dryer than any other flat I have liven in Wellington)

Landlord/Property Manager: Dealing with the owner, who was awesome to deal with. Would help out whenever needed.

Best Thing: Nice overall flat!

Worst Thing: Slightly further away from town
