About the house: Pretty good, I was only there over summer but it was a nice flat on pretty much all accounts.
Only things were:
- It was a bit cold- especially considering it's summer, although we didn't use the heat pump
- 3 of the 4 bedrooms have views looking straight at a rock wall, which made them pretty dark
- The kitchen draws were on the other side of the bench, which is a small annoying hassle when preparing food, also the top draw isn't really usable as the bench top extends too far over it, so that's just bad planning on the designers behalf i suppose.
Other than that, everything about it was pretty good, and it's a cool place to live- just don't know what it would be like in winter
Landlord/Property Manager: Really good at responding to problems, make sure you tell him everything specifically that needs fixing before he comes so he can bring what he needs!
