About the house: had kind of a garlicky smell that never seemed to go away

Landlord/Property Manager: Didn't deal with landlord, only student housing services.

Best Thing: very modern and clean

Worst Thing: no complaints, it was sort of perfect. cold, but not as cold as many others.
