Landlord/Property Manager: Absentee lanlord living in Australia only concerned about money and a property Manager that is completely unfit for the job. Very hard to get a hold of, refused to converse vail email he prefred using old school post for corrospondence. He kept turning up unnanounced even after asking him not to multiple times. We also had an instance where someone tried to break in at night while we were home through an unsecure window and the property manager refused to do anything about it.

Best Thing: The fire place

About the house: The whole flat is utterly fantastic. Heat pump and wood burner, great shower with fantastic pressure, fully insulated, double glazed kitchen. Great kitchen and bathroom. One of the rooms is a tad small, one's a decent size and the other two are enormous. Really quiet area. Great walking along the flat to campus or catch the bus up North Road. Gets sun for most of the day all year around.

Landlord/Property Manager: Didn't have much to do with them but when I did they were quick to respond and good to work with.

Best Thing: wood burner
