About the house: Worst place I have lived in my entire life. Had pneumonia twice in the 8 months living there. There were two sink holes in the floor that the landlord said would be fixed, and never were, the construction man just left us with two large holes in the floor. The mould is beyond comprehension. Paid about 180$ per room, not worth it whatsoever. The respiratory issues I left with will stay with me for a long time.
Landlord/Property Manager: Just don't. Save yourself, and your money. Please.
