About the house: This is a villa with lots of character and spacious rooms.It is warm, dry, sunny (Dunedin weather permitting), and pretty well insulated. Close to village shops and bus stop, it has a lot of trees and shrubs, a nice courtyard, and a decent garden out back with a hammock and swing. Great views of harbour, NEV, and Uni (top of Commerce Building). Gigatown ultra-fast broadband cable and Fibre TV come with the flat.

Landlord/Property Manager: Grad student who is quiet and clean =)

Best Thing: the house is in a good (safe) neighbouhood and it is roomy and warm.

Worst Thing: Somewhat pricey, but worth it. An easy walk to Uni and downtown, but catching the bus home is better than walking up the big hill.
