About the house: Great location & views. Has a small balcony to dry clothes on on sunny day... washing lines at the back of the flat too Off street carpark. Access to laundry means going outside & downstairs - but not actually much of an issue Small bedrooms - again not an issue - makes them really warm Average temp of my bedroom over 3 weeks in September = 20.9 Degrees Celsius (with no heating in my bedroom - only sun). Great price for the flat... but wouldn't pay anymore because of the bedroom size.

Landlord/Property Manager: Very responsive to any issues we have. A lovely local family who respect their tenants and are available to help us if we need anything. Easy to approach and not intimidating.

Best Thing: Very warm in winter

Worst Thing: Shower pressure, laundry access outside
