About the house: Furniture was provided: bed, desck chair, shelving and wardrobe. The place is advertised as fully furnished but it is hard to tell what has been provided by the landlord/property manager and what has been left behind by other tenants as there is no inventory. The courtyard design means you get to hear people below talking and party noise from the many flats in the complex can be quite loud. The communal washing facilities are a nuisance 4 x $1 coins per wash or dry. Clothes got damaged frequently and wouldn't be dry in one cycle. Flat was surprisingly warm. We didn't run any heating yet we didn't completely freeze. The flat has a prepay power meter. You can't change power companies. It requires internet to top up which can be a nuisance if the power runs out.

Landlord/Property Manager: There is a dedicated property manager for the complex. They were good at sorting out problems. Sometimes confusing who to report issues to, the landlord or the property manager.
