About the house: Nice and clean, well set out with a cute private backyard. Lounge area easy to warm up! Bedrooms all of similar size and overall, the flat has been kept in good condition. Highly recomment!
Landlord/Property Manager: Best landlord you could ask for. Needed extra shelving to put food and had that in within the next few days! Had trouble with a lock on a door and had it fixed the next day! He maintains the lawns and gardens, is approachable and friendly. Never had any troubles with him and is always happy to help out.
Best Thing: The good condition it is in.
Worst Thing: Having 4 bedrooms downstairs, you exclude yourself from the flat if you go to your room.
About the house: It's really tidy and reasonably warm compared to most flats. It's really good having a small backyard as well!
Landlord/Property Manager: He is very generous and keen to make our flat as comfortable as possible for us!
Best Thing: It's warm upstairs!
Worst Thing: It isn't so warm downstairs.
About the house: It is a great flat, a lot warmer upstairs than downstairs.
Landlord/Property Manager: He is so lovely and sweet and if we ever have a problem he is onto it ASAP.
Best Thing: A really great flat for it's price
Worst Thing: It's really cold downstairs, but I assume most flats are cold!
About the house: Awesome flat, really reasonable. Easy to heat the lounge/kitchen area. Upstairs is pretty warm but downstairs gets pretty cold. Comes with lounge furniture and has an awesome back yard
Landlord/Property Manager: Great landlord who is approachable and happy to solve any problems.
Best Thing: Well set up, great backyard, nice rooms.
Worst Thing: Some gaps in windows and doors. Shower pressure isn't the best
About the house: Great location, good sized rooms, nice backyard, upstairs gets great sun but downstairs can get cold. No issues with mould, and dampness easily fixed. Living area is ideal for hanging out in/party set up, although sun doesn't last too long during the day.
Landlord/Property Manager: Never met the landlord as we've never had any problems with the flat

About the house: Really warm upstairs, great living area and little outdoor space for gatherings, 5 fairly evenly sized bedrooms which don't get moisture build up, couches, table, chairs, wardrobes, shelving and laundry provided, great landlord
Landlord/Property Manager: Provided us with things we needed upon request such as pantry and shelving, very onto it with keeping the garden clear and comes to check only about once every two months
Best Thing: Clean and tidy
Worst Thing: Cold downstairs
