About the house: Had 5 bedrooms no lounge and one bathroom. The smallest bedroom was 2X2m. The house was cold year round , there was visible active borer and mold inside the walls. The back door did not have a lock on it. The main feature was the large back garden; but the landlord destroyed that and built an ugly shed/'sleepout'.
Landlord/Property Manager: The landlord was impossible to get a hold of despite numerous attempts. She randomly (without informing us) decided to illegally build a sleep-out and expected us to start paying rent for it, but when the neighbors complained due to zoning issues she told them it was a shed. She decided to raise the rent on my room; and also decided that she wanted extra money and stood behind me and demanded that I do it on internet banking while she watched. She was very threatening and altogether unpleasant and unprofessional.
