About the house: Brand new double glazing to the property and well insulated. Harrisons Energy Solutions installed insulation under the floor and maximum thickness in the ceiling so very warm and toasty. Landlord brought a new heat pump - Daiken 6Kw so heats flat fast Heaters in each room for extra comfort Sink in the kitchen wasn't the largest so land lord replaced it with a larger sink within a week of asking. Full paint throughout the house so nice and new. Shower Dome over the shower to keep shower warmer and save on the power bills Landlord added an extractor fan above the stove in the kitchen which is awesome Landlord supplied new drapes and carpet.
Landlord/Property Manager: Very good at maintaining the property. Listens and always has a solution. Landlord keeps his property up to high standard as has lived in the property himself with his family.
Best Thing: Fully insulated and warm
Worst Thing: walking up some steps
About the house: It is very easy to keep warm and has nice sunny clothesline area. Really good sun in the morning especially in summer. However it does get quite damp.

The tenants who rented the property in 2014 caused a lot of damage to the property and also stole items which didn’t belong to them. The tenants were slow payers and I had to chase them all year for money owed. In the group there were several fall outs between the tenants and one moved out. Unfortunately we had to get the police involved and took the tenants to the Tenancy Tribunal and won our case.
