About the house: Black Mold everywhere. Windows that don't open. Damp and described as 'the dungeon' by our friends.
Landlord/Property Manager: The landlord took 7 months to get our bond back to us and this was only after we took him to tenancy tribunal. Had no reason to not give back our bond but just never responded to our messages or came up with excuses. Didn't once attend to or fix any of our issues or complaints.
