About the house: Various holes from inside to outside in the walls and floors. VERY cold!
Roof has been "fixed" but still leaks a tonne! Kitchen cupboards are impossible to open. Leaking cold taps in bathroom.
EVERYTHING molds, handbags, suitcases, clothes, shoes, leather jackets, pillows ( we replaced our 7 times in 1.5 years).
Don't move in here, you will get sick a lot and you WILL suffer abuse
Landlord/Property Manager: They have never seen the house we are living in. Contractors do the inspection and don't relay the info back to the property manager.
Phone conversations are often abusive and cut short. Emails take a long time to receive a response.
Because we have asked for various dangerous and unhygienic problems to be remedied, we have been called abusive and appointed a different property manger who avoids our problems just the same.
