About the house: This flat is fairly new and so it's super warm and clean (flatmates dependent). I lived in it without using a heater all year round! The downside will be the stoves, it's constantly broken and no matter how many times the property manager "fixes" it, it's always broken. The stairs squeak, and the toilet bowl is permanently stained. But all in all, very good flat for Dunedin students. Nice outdoor area at the front too.
Landlord/Property Manager: Our property manager is highly educated and is very talkative, kinda like an uncle haha. He will tell you about the pig situation.
