About the house: Cold, leaks in the bathroom and the hallway. There had been a fire in the building and when it rained black soot would run down the walls. No sound insulation so you can hear the noises from apartment downstairs. No yard, no sunshine.

Landlord/Property Manager: Landlords fired the Property Manager and took care of it themselves. Would try to change rent, arrive unannounced. They moved into the apartment downstairs and would look in our the windows. We got the tenancy terminated.
