About the house: Pretty warm even without using heat pump.
Landlord/Property Manager: The flat is rented through Edinburgh Realty who have been very disorganised at times and slow to communicate with the landlords. When we've contacted the landlords directly they are very responsive
Best Thing: North facing bedrooms are really warm.
Worst Thing: very small kitchen, separated from lounge
