About the house: It is located in a real good place and is better than many other places around here but is a little too expensive
Landlord/Property Manager: The landlord isn't too bad but she can be a bit racist
Best Thing: Heat pump keeping the room warm during winter
Worst Thing: Windows breaking easily when went to close them and the bathroom not cleaned properly

About the house: Extremely modern. Every year something new is provided or upgraded in the room and the whole building is only 8 years old to start with.
Landlord/Property Manager: Lovely and extremely responsive. Buys chocolates before exams. She pays for our power and still tells us to use the heatpump more often
Best Thing: Double glazing, free power and modern
Worst Thing: There isn't
