About the house: A new landlord just bought our flat and he's been amazing so far. He's in the process of doing up the place in terms of double glazing, new wardrobes, LED lighting, TV, insulation etc.
Landlord/Property Manager: He's super onto it, he'll get back to you almost instantly and he always keeps us updated on everything. Plus as I said he's completely revamping our flat this year.

Worst Thing: It was cold, but double glazing should fix that
