About the house: Rooms are of a very decent size especially for a 6 bedroom flat, the flat has an upstairs and a downstairs bathroom that are both very spacious and in good condition, shower pressure is perfect!
Only downside that I consider to the flat is that the court yard has no lighting, there isnt a large amount of benchspace and the stairs are wooden meaning they can get slippery depending on footwear and are extremely loud.
Landlord/Property Manager: The landlord is amazing, he responds within a couple of hours and will often come around to fix the problem the same day.
Example: our washing machine stopped working, he had a replacement machine organised and installed in the same day
