      About the house: The house is in good shape and in a good location however just need to be aware that sound travels easily through the walls and from surrounding properties.. The house receives no North facing sun due to the duplex layout however does get early morning and late afternoon sun


      Landlord/Property Manager: The landlord responds quickly and is very proactive in replying to our requests. They are positive and easy to deal with.


      Best Thing: The location and physical layout of the flat


      Worst Thing: Lack of sun, water pressure in the upstairs shower

      About the house: Pretty run down and lots of things broke (dishwasher, plumbing leaks, light fixtures). Good in terms of layout and big kitchen/living but very dark and get hardly any sun. Freezing unless you turn heatpump on, can see breath inside


      Landlord/Property Manager: Hardly see landlord but she has a maintence guy that lives in the flat in front who is very helpful and can fix most issues


      Best Thing: Shower pressure, lots of parking, quick walk to Uni


      Worst Thing: Cold, dark and HEAPS of condensation, extractor fan in kitchen sucks

      About the house: -Cold -Damp -Not sunny


      Landlord/Property Manager: She responds quickly to texts, but likes to make quick fixes of jobs so not often done to a high standard.


      Best Thing: Location


      Worst Thing: Cold and damp

      About the house: Really warm, nice separation with two bedrooms on the second floor and four bedrooms on the third floor


      Landlord/Property Manager: Has a handyman that lives down the road who is really helpful and deals with anything that stops working


      Best Thing: Warmth and separate floors


      Worst Thing: Condensation and no extractor fan
