About the house: Great place to live and the loveliest landlord. Has now changed to a letting agent who seemed nice. Flat itself was nice, warm and dry. Outside could have done with a spring clean, but that would only take an hour or so. Didn't get a huge amount of sunlight from the north due to the next door wall. Great location. Would stay again!
Landlord/Property Manager: Really lovely guy. Salt of the earth.

Worst Thing: A bit cold - only one heating source.

About the house: Good - Landlord is very responsive and quick to fix issues - Warm enough - Large rooms yet overall compact, easy to heat - Front rooms get morning sun, back room/kitchen gets all the afternoon sun Bad - No real lounge/living area - Condensation, but to be expected really - Kitchen is quite compact - 4th bedroom is out the back. It's a porta-cabin you have on building sites and gets very cold in winter
Landlord/Property Manager: Very quick to respond and deals with any issues with speed
Best Thing: Room size, landlord
Worst Thing: Dunedin's winter
