About the house: All rooms are spacious with ample lighting from the windows. The kitchen and living area is set up in a way that is conducive to conversation. Our only real problem was mould in the bathroom and living room.
Landlord/Property Manager: 620A is subleased through The University Flats office, meaning you only deal with University staff, as opposed to the landlord him/herself. They are incredibly helpful and responsive. Numerous times I have walked into the office and have received help immediately.
