About the house: The whole flat is utterly fantastic. Gas water and fire, great shower with fantastic pressure, fully insulated, double glazed. New kitchen and bathroom. One of the rooms is a tad small, one's a decent size and the other two are decently big. Really quiet area. Only downside is having to walk to the top of Opoho. Gets sun for most of the day all year around, only lacking early morning sun in winter but receives afternoon sun all year. The windows (aluminium framed) can get a bit wet but only if your flatmates are kinda meh and never air the flat out. Rooms are all isolated from each other due to things like bathroom/toilet/hall between them.
Landlord/Property Manager: Didn't have much to do with them but when I did they were quick to respond and good to work with.
