About the house: Although quite small, this flat is a real gem. Nice shower, nice rooms, nice carpet, and an absolutely fantastic landlord (not a property manager) that is quick, responsive, and friendly. For a flat in this value range I don't think I've been in warmer. 2 north facing windows, some insulation here and there, and afternoon sun in half the bedrooms is fantastic and will keep you warmer than the other draughty villas - it's all second floor too. Has heat pump that we don't use often. Shared backyard is a hidden gem - can fit lots of people so don't worry about the flat being a bit cramped for o-week If you don't mind living in close quarters, then this place is fantastic. Really worth having a look, it can fit more people than it looks and you get used to it really quickly. Also, location is ideal, <5mins to the library and super close to hospital for the health sci courses, and also the supermarket.
