About the house: Easy to heat, stays warm, nice flat.
some may think the bedrooms are small but this is good because it makes heating fast
no dishwasher and parking can be annoying at times but those are minor drawbacks
Landlord/Property Manager: super responsive and lovely. had an issue with some lights not working at the start of the year and she had an electrician to fix it within 2 days. admitted that there was previous leaks she had gotten fixed so if they started leaking again to let her know so she could do something about it so she tries really hard to make the flat nice
Best Thing: nice neutral colour throughout, not ugly
