About the house: Pretty warm flat, energy bills are very low. Premium location. Upstairs rooms are big and awesome, downstairs ones, not so much. Doesn't get the best sun. Little bit noisey at night. Not really a good spot for parties as is quite small and too many people will spill onto streets.

Landlord/Property Manager: He is an awesome guy, willing to help if anything goes wrong and is super straightforward.

Worst Thing: Small downstairs rooms which are below stairs so you get woken up if people are running up and down
