About the house: 6 Cosy Dell has a real 'homey' feeling to it. The 9 bedroom has a heat pump installed in the lounge/ living/ kitchen area and every room including bathrooms has a vent which circulates the heat around the entire house. This system can be put on timer so that the flat is cosy and warm to come home to after a day at Uni. There are 9 bedrooms, 2 which share an ensuite and the other 7 share between two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The upstairs rooms are relatively warmer than downstairs, getting majority of the sun both morning and afternoon. Two downstairs room have only one window/door making them rather dark rooms, however they keep warm when vent system is on. Location is handy to Uni and Town, the hill can be seen as a plus side with keeping us fit. Bathrooms and kitchen is relatively new and modern and carpet in the lounge is brand new too, giving it a warm cosy feeling. Parking can be a mare, especially with sharing the same driveway with two other flats and so many cars but you soon get use to it an this is really the least of your problems. Only about 4 of the rooms have wardrobes, however we requested one to be installed in one of the rooms which they were happy to provide and install so maybe this could be possible in future.
Landlord/Property Manager: Landlord/Property Manager: Landlords are really good to deal with, whenever a problem occurs they organise it to get fixed ASAP. We have had difficulties once or twice with our dryer and washing machine which have been dealt to within a couple of days. Also with rooms having limited wardrobes, our landlord was happy to install wall shelves and storage when requested.
Best Thing: Heating system, modern facilities and good location
Worst Thing: Certain rooms were colder than others, mould on window sills due to condensation on windows
