About the house: Small house with low roofs, stay warmer for longer. Good carpet in living room. The upstairs bedrooms all get sunlight at some time in the day. The downstairs bedroom is damp. Kitchen is very small, not much table space. Entry to both Castle Street and Leith Street.
Landlord/Property Manager: As long as you keep the courtyard relatively clean, she should have no problems with you.
Best Thing: Warmth and good-sized bedrooms
Worst Thing: Small kitchen, no dishwasher.

About the house: Lounge is one of the warmest around day (gets heaps of sun) and night (even without the heat pump on). 2 Upstairs rooms keep pretty warm year around and get plenty of sun, downstairs rooms aren't bad but certainly aren't warm in winter. Ideal location for second years, one of the better flats around the area. Kitchen isn't the largest but can make do
