      About the house: The unit receives all day sun. Lounge can reach 29 degrees during a sunny winter day. Bedroom can reach 25 degrees during a sunny winter day. This unit is well maintained. Landlord is a very nice man. He professionally cleaned the carpet before we moved in.


      Landlord/Property Manager: Landlord is responsive.

      Worst Thing: shower is not strong
