About the house: Lovely flat, amazing location, close to the shops, uni, town and supermarket. Massive rooms, with lots of sun. Comes with a lot of furniture and kitchen equipment.
Only downside is not having a designated lounge, but there is a big entrance-way that can be used or there is couches in most of the rooms.
Landlord/Property Manager: Absolutely fantastic. If something goes wrong they usually try get repairmen in the same day. They texted us around exam time wishing us good luck and the other day, dropped off baking.
Best Thing: Location!!
Worst Thing: There is an art to getting the shower to the right temperature and pressure
