About the house: Great shower pressure. Lounge = easy to heat and heat gets to bedrooms pretty well. Landlord fixes any problems etc quickly and without a fuss. Flat stays warm compared to other flats. 2/3 bedrooms get good sun in the morning and are generally light throughout the day. Excellent location. Nice interior.
