About the house: Walls are very thin, and house is quite small, toilet is in the lounge but was never really a problem. Flat is cold in winter. But if heatpump is on then it heats up fast. Has a heat transfer system to (panel hiden in top of landry cupboard) which worked well.
Landlord/Property Manager: Typical man, doesnt do well with texting, and didnt understand some of our questions
Best Thing: It was re built in 2015 so all new applicances and a clean finish
Worst Thing: The building job was poor, walls are too thin, and shared living spaces and kitchen to small
