Reply to 2014 Tenant, 2.8 Rating= Both laundry and bathroom, bedrooms, lounge have been renewed/upgraded with smart washing machine with hand wash function and many other stuff.. All issues are sorted asap. Lounge and kitchen are not small-some upgrades have been done. It is not known what is meant by 'Wasn't great on the communication front.' -no explanation at all. The worst thing is the tenants. -They left place filthy, damaged and half paid for expecting to never pay. They retaliated repeatedly and this rating is an example of it.
