About the house: Quite a warm house but wasn't double glazed or insulated amazingly so did still require us to use heaters and the heat pump. Kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were all a good size and had decent flooring in them. Washing line was very handy so we didn't have to rely on clothes horses and the dryer. The location of the laundry does make it noisy when using them for most of the flat so keep that in mind when doing washing late. Fridge/freezer was not enough space so we had to buy an additional freezer, especially with 5 tenants in the flat. Bathrooms also had a shower dome which was so good at preventing mould in the bathrooms

Landlord/Property Manager: The landlord was very good. Helped us out when a tenant rang at 10pm after locking herself out of her room and came over with the master keys to let her in. Was prompt at responding to us and sorting things for us and most importantly he seemed to actually CARE about the flat and would try and improve it as much as possible for us

Best Thing: Size of the bedrooms
