About the house: Once its warm it stays warm - so perfect during the winter! Can get super hot during the summer, though. But for how close it is to uni, it's private enough to not worry about glass outside of your door or your car being jumped on.
Landlord/Property Manager: The landlord usually replies to all texts within a few hours and is super helpful - anything broken/in need of a replace will be seen to in one-two days on average. I once forgot my keys and he came round to unlock the door within 20 minutes!
