About the house: Cold but easy to warm up with heat pump The flat has a fire place but it's useless The location isn't the best as it's up a big hill but the flat is nice so it's worth it Kitchen is really nice and spacious and shower is good

Landlord/Property Manager: Always replies to texts and fixes urgent things such as new washing machine but hasn't gotten round to a few things he said he'd do such as new carpet and insulation. Overall very helpful and easy going.

Best Thing: Modern kitchen

Worst Thing: Location
