About the house: Has dishwasher, transport is a little bit away - best if you already have a car. Living area is large (looked like it was professionally extended over an old bedroom as there were two doors that both enter into it) and heat pump can still heat it comfortably. Driveway is a little tight.
Master bed is large, and the secondary bedroom is decently sized too. Third bedroom is a sunroom, and can get quite cold in winter - but the curtains are heavy enough that a small heater keeps the room warm.
Landlord/Property Manager: Landlords are a ma and pa, in my experience I mostly dealt with the ma. Quick to respond, only did one inspection when we left, and that felt like it was mainly to ask us to stay. If I were moving back to Christchurch I would go out of my way to try and rent from them again.
