About the house: It was a good flat, it was warm which is important for Dunedin winters, really good lay out and enjoyed being lose to uni, but not too close, it was a good price $240 for $80 of power and unlimited wifi but would of stayed another year if they didn't add for being a couple when it didn't cover more power.
Landlord/Property Manager: really quick to respond and to get things fixed
Best Thing: Location, warmth
Worst Thing: small bathroom and kitchen

About the house: Small shower/bathroom (wet room setup) but absolutely awesome having the ability to cook all your own meals and be independent if you don't get along with others particularly well. Privacy and size of room is impressive (although not massive, larger than most studios and very well laid out; pictures provided are not misleading). Large enough for a couple with lots of gear (you may need to purchase a chest of drawers or shelves though to accomodate as there is sufficient storage for one person provided in the furnishings but probably not enough for two. NOT A PARTY FLAT and this is strictly enforced so if you are studying a decent degree and need your quiet then this place is for you. ($240/wk for a couple incl $80 of power and unlimited internet).
Landlord/Property Manager: Landlord is very responsive and helpful.
Best Thing: Space
Worst Thing: Hill to walk up/down for uni (not the worst but hard if you've never lived on a hill before haha)
