About the house: very nice and new, warm and sunny, with a beautiful deck on the top and bottom floor

Landlord/Property Manager: A nice guy, and very proud of the house he rents which he actually built him self, he wants tenants to take care of it

Best Thing: the interior and the deck was amazing

Worst Thing: every part it on top of each other, being a small design so its not very quiet, i can hear when my flatmate below me downstairs opens her cupboards
