About the house: It is brand new this year, very warm, lots of insulation, double glazed, has heat pump. However, there is no fan in the bathroom and the windows have metal framing which gets an abnormal amount of condensation.
Landlord/Property Manager: Very lovey and easy to deal with! Have a lot of properties to manage so they sometimes aren't as quick at responding as we would like. Always do their best to fix any issues that we have and go above and beyond their requirements as landlords.
