About the house: Decent flat, purpose-built for students, all the rooms are equally sized and get good sunlight. The lounge is slightly on the smaller size but it's perfectly liveable. The lounge and kitchen also don't get much sunlight. The shower pressure is extremely good, and having two showers and two toilets between five is great. The kitchen is quite large and has plenty of storage and cupboard space. It is also ideal that the flat comes semi furnished with desks, wardrobes and a few basic kitchen appliances such as toaster and kettle. Although the flat is insulated it does not have double glazed windows so heat is easily lost.

Landlord/Property Manager: The landlord is very reasonable, easy to contact and is very fast with repair work.

Best Thing: Shower pressure and bedroom sizes

Worst Thing: Lounge is quite small and lacks sunlight
