About the house: If there was a 0, I would select that option. Wet, non-insulated, mould constantly growing, poor shower, poor drainage, walls peeling, no sun, theres really nothing good about this flat except its low price. Although for its conditions the price should be much lower
Landlord/Property Manager: Not sure they care enough to fix anything unless bothered. Seems as they know its such a shitty flat they can't be bothered fixing anything anymore
