About the house: Six really good sized rooms, two with built in wardrobes. Cant have many in the kitchen as the layout is a bit stupid but its great otherwise! living area is big and gets lots of sun. There is 2, relatively new bathrooms located at both ends of the flat which is perfect. The rooms don't get much sun due to surrounding flats. There is two heat pumps, one in the lounge and one in the hall which heat the house however the two front rooms don't get much of the action if they aren't on for very long. It has high ceilings so it is hard to heat and stay warm. 3 rooms plus the kitchen and lounge have doubled glazing so that does help hold the heat in.
Landlord/Property Manager: Landlord is lovely and willing to help in anyway possible. Any queries or problems we had she would have fixed ASAP
