382 Leith Street
About the house: It was quite cold. It was very old and very prone to mould so be we suggest running dehumidifiers in your free hour of power. We split the rent so that the room at the back was paying less as it is far colder in the winter and also smaller. Overall it was a fine flat but was a lot of money for what we were receiving and I heard they raised the price. Location was the best part, as well as the shared backyard along the river if you get to know your neighbours.
Landlord/Property Manager: They are a lovely couple who really do want the best for you however you have to make sure you are keeping on their tails about getting things fixed. Don't leave things gone unsaid or unfixed and knowing some of your rights can help in general. Make sure everything is down legally also.
Best Thing: The backyard and location
Worst Thing: The cold, high ceilings and drafts
