About the house: It is a very very warm flat that gets the sun for most of the day in the winter and summer

Landlord/Property Manager: The company is very good to deal with and they let you know well in advance whenever they need to visit

Best Thing: The warmth. It is very easy to warm this flat adn the heat stays inside for ages which is amazing. No one can believe how much warmer this is to other flats

Worst Thing: The neighbours are honestly the worst part as being in a complex with not much soundproofing, you can hear everythingad everyone doing anything. It also gets quite cold around the downstairs laundry and bathroom but shutting all of those doors helps a lot - still a lot warmer than most places
