About the house: It is super warm! Heaters in all(?) the rooms which are super efficient to run. Lovely backyard and backs onto Logan Park. Great sun in the backyard and front of the house. Front fence discourages people from just walking in. Allowed animals

Landlord/Property Manager: He is very lovely and eager to help. If there is ever a problem he addresses it quickly. My curtains were moldy and he was here before the end of the day to put up new ones

Best Thing: So warm!
