About the house: Lots of space, everything new and modern. Feels like a home more than a flat Hideous driveway

About the house: Extremely warm, double glazing, insulation, central heating & heat pump. Amazing view across the whole of Dunedin. Plush carpet (you can happily wear bare feet inside). Only down side is driveway access (but driveway provides off street parking).
Landlord/Property Manager: Most lovely, understanding and grateful landlord. Always happily responds to our requests the same day. Would do anything for us. Couldn't ask for a better landlord!

About the house: Extremely warm, double-glazed windows, insulation, central heating & heat pump, great kitchen amenities, amazing views across Dunedin, very modern and new! Only downside is the driveway / hill but well worth it and does provide as off street parking. Great house, highly recommend!
